The Mods of Terminal Tokyo are more than willing to speak with you if you have questions or concerns. There are different ways to contact them if you ever need to talk with someone. All comments are screened, but can be unscreened if you so desire. HEAD MODS The head mods have final say in any decision making in the game. If you have issues with other players they can be brought to them. They are the ones that can instigate plots and do the things any other mods can. This means they are able to play NPCS, crest people, and accept or deny applications. They're also in charge of updating all lists and accepting members into the communities. If you can't get a hold of a main mod, they're the people to go to with any question. Their say is also taken into account in any game decision, but they do not have final say.
